Service Agreement:
Suburban Limousine provides limousine rental services for various occasions and events in the Chicago area.
The rental services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
Reservations for point-to-point and hourly charters have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel for free up to 48 hours prior to your reservation time, but once you are within the 48 hours, there is no cancellation.
Reservations for airport runs must be canceled at least one hour before pick-up time.
The person paying for a reservation must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid credit card.
Reservation and Cancellation:
Reservations can be made by calling 630 400-2940 or emailing us at suburbanlimousine@att.net ( if a credit card is required for booking, you will have to call with this information) or contacting us through our website suburbanlimousine.com Reservations for point-to-point and hourly charters have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Rental Charges:
Rental charges are based on the agreed duration, type of vehicle, and any additional services requested.
Additional charges may apply for extra mileage or stops, excessive cleaning, damages, or any other breach of the rental agreement.
Payment is due in full at the end of the rental period unless otherwise specified.
Liability and Insurance:
Suburban Limousine maintains proper insurance coverage for its vehicles and drivers.
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and are advised not to leave any valuable items unattended in the vehicle.
Suburban Limousine shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the rental period.
Conduct and Safety:
Passengers are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the rental period.
Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Suburban Limousine reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without a refund if passengers engage in any illegal or disruptive activities.
Limitation of Liability:
Suburban Limousine shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the rental service.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
